McDonald’s on 7041 Parklane road, Columbia SC has a bad habit of turning away customers before closing hours. This has happened numerous of occasions, waiting in line at the drive through to get up to the window to be told they’re closed. I’d get if business is slow but when there’s a long line of customers and we’re being turned away tonight at 10:19! Like I said this has happened frequently at this location anywhere from a half an hour to an hour before closing is ridiculous. Especially the rude person on the microphone not responding to their customers inquiring why they’re closing so early.
Desired outcome: These employees need to be at the very least reprimanded and something needs to be done about opening hours. They either need to be adjusted or this McDonald’s needs to stay open during regular business hours.
