My complaint is that on Friday, 6/30/2023, at the Easley, S.C. Ross with the Manager on duty at 2pm. Me and my sisters always shop at Ross, no matter where one is located. I found a royal blue little sun dress that I liked very much, and it was the only one in my size, but it had a flaw in front of the dress. It almost looked like a glue gun had made a mark on it. I asked the girl when I was paying if I got the dress, could she give me a discount, she stated 10% off, I asked if she could give more than 10% off cause it and she stated that she would get the manager and see what she would do. The Manager on Duty (I didn't get her name) stated she would give me 15% off of it, I asked if that was all she could give because it wasn't coming out of the dress. The Manager was so rude and stated that was all she would give and if I didn't take the dress, she was going to throw it away. So, I asked her if she would come down more than I would take it and she stated no, and if I didn't take it she was throwing it away. So, I told her no, she took the tags and the other little alarm off of it and stated that she was throwing it away. I felt like being a Store Manager and a customer was wanting to buy that item instead of throwing it away, she could have come down more on the price. I was so disappointed that she wouldn't come down more to make a sell.
Desired outcome: I think I deserve a gift card the way I was treated and her throwing away a dress. It was uncalled for when I would have made the purchase if she would have come down more.
