Incident: This particular catos I shop frequently, Thursday was not a good morning for the person that was working there. She was not friendly. To me she had a problem with being at work. I know she wasn't the store manager, and I don't know her name. She's a African American woman. Her hair was black with a bun in the back. She barely spoke. She called someone on the phone and was complaining about closing three nights and that she was going to tell them that she wasn't going to work three nights because it was not fair and that this was not her store. One customer asked her whether she was there by herself, she did not respond, She kept walking and I heard her mumble saying someone is coming. I looked at her she looked so mean, no smiles, no eye contact. I asked her did she have any more of a blouse that was on display that was hanging on the wall. She did asked what size did I needed and I told her. She got a stick, took the blouse down took it off display and just handed it to me and said nothing and walked away. I looked, I continue to shop until I said to myself, she has an attitude and I don't have to shop here.
