I attempted to make an order online, only to have the site say my payment card was not processed. I was never given an order number and when I checked my bank account, the money was taking out anyway. When calling customer service they kept asking for my order number and I kept explaining the payment showed not processed and I was never given a order number. Eventually I was told to wait and see if it dropped off my bank account which 7 days later it had not. I feel like they stole my money. I had to dispute the charge after that and my bank put a block on my bank card and I had to wait another 7-10 days for another card. All because Belk's on-line service is terrible. I will stick with Amazon for all my ordering now. Not to mention the customer service people were so rude I can't believe they are allowed to work in customer service jobs. Its apparent they have no concept of what its like to be a customer and feel cheated. I know one person complaining doesn't make a difference but I will make sure I tell at least 20 other people.
