Ordered a mobile order and got there for curbside pick up, waited 20 minutes and got my email confirming my order and charged my card. After waiting another 5 minutes I went inside the store and asked about my order, the manager working said they didn't have a mobile order and said it must be the other McDonalds down the road, so we went and checked and the other store didn't have my order. Went back the the 1326 McDonalds and tried showing the manager the email Receipt showing that store was the correct store I ordered to. The manager said she couldn't help us and I would have to deal with it elsewhere. Beyond mad and frustrated. These so called managers should be trained better. If they don't have customer service skills why are they in customer service for a career. Won't ever be back to this location ever! How can I be charged for something I never received
