The manager schedules herself for 56 hours a week and does not work 5 hours each week she stealing hours she does not come to work when she's supposed to she does not train her new employees she leaves them in the store by themselves and leave them stranded they don't know what to do because she does not tell them how to do everything in the store she also schedules one person for each shift and it needs to be at least two people there every shift
