The vehicle did not start the next morning on our way to start our vacation. Contacted thrifty at myrtle beach and they said it was nothing they can it was all on me. Contact Thrifty's roadside assistance and I held on for over 3 hours with no one answering the call. Finally I paid for a tow back to the rental office then I had to wait 2 hours for another car because they said they actually had nothing for me and it had to be the same category. I spent an entire day dealing with a non working vehicle and was charged for the day
