store manager shows favoritism and is not always on duty made me come to work and miss class when i tolder her in advancte that i had a class to attend. always stuck with 1 to 9 shifts because they think i dont have a life she did the most rudest thing to this elderly man one day i remember like it was yesterday and if i were to tell the story she coukd kiss management goodbye. human resource is not very friendly you barely hear or see her. my request for vacation was denied but everyone else got to take up to two weeks but thats okay. dont have to worry about me being a customer there.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
