I had a 9am appointment to have four new tires installed on 11-4-22. I arrived early and after checking in I went inside to do some shopping. After I finished I returned to the Automotive Department waiting room. I looked out of the window, the technician had finished with three tires and was finishing with the fourth tire when another worker approached, they appeared to have a conversation. Afterwards the technician began to break the tries down one at a time. It seems as though he did something incorrectly. This made me an additional 45 minutes late leaving for another pre-arranged appointment. The cashier "Ben" when questioned stated that the technician was in training, however there was no one shadowing or near him during this process, until near the end. I filed this complaint on 11-4-22, and have called at least four time to follow up without receiving any emails form Wallmart's not even today [protected]). I made it very clear during the initial complaint that my phone was not operating and to email me with a number and manager's name and I will call back. I am requesting assistance because it appears that the walmart located in Columbia, Tn. 38401 is not taking my complaint seriously. Thanks
Desired outcome: There need to be a protocol in place to train new employees without waiting until the job is almost complete before the trainer intervene. Most importantly I would like a walmart gift card with money on it for my inconvenience. Thanks
