I want to draw your attention to a problem I had on 7/9/2021 at Burger King in Gallatin, TN. I did not get a sales receipt so I am unable to give more details.
This incident was the worst that I have ever seen in all my years of doing business with Burger King.
My Junior Cheeseburger was placed into a bag with NO WRAPPER AROUND THE SANDWICH. THAT'S RIGHT, NO WRAPPER.
First, this is not sanitary.
Second, all my vegetables were in the bottom of the bag and the mayonaise mixed with the juicey tomato made a huge mess.
I called the Gallatin Store but the supervisor was not so nice. All she did was turn to the employees and say, "This lady says her Whopper Junior wasn't wrapped."
How would you like to be treated like that?
Desired outcome: Just ask that people be careful on how they serve the food.
