This past Weekend 11/25/22 we went to have a late Thanksgiving dinner with my parent who live in Gallatin TN. We book our room though Capitol One travel at Hilton Garden Inn Gallatin TN on Nov 09, 2022. I called to inform them that my flight was delayed and to make sure my room reservation would be secured they informed me that they had the reservation, and my room would be ready as long as I made it there before 2:30 am. Well, we made it around 12:30ish and they told me that we did not have a room because they overbooked. We called and spoke with the manager today 11/28/22 as she told us that she could not make any concessions because we booked through a 3rd party. I have never had this happen and am very angry. I will never recommend this Hotel to anyone. My time with my parents was good but the taste that the Hilton Garden Inn Gallatin, TN left in my mouth was not a good one. You need to make this right some way somehow.

Desired outcome: We had to stay at the Hampton Inn Which cost me more. We are Very unhappy.
