Placed a call in order 1-14-20 for a SINGLE Cheese Burger with Onion Rings and a DOUBLE burger with NO CHEESE and No Onions, with Fries. Young lady said there would be a 2 dollar up charge for the onion rings which I ok'd but wasn't happy with. She never repeated the order back to me or gave me a total. Said it would be ready in 8 mins I told her make it 10 to give me time to get there.
I arrived shortly afterwards and had to wait 4 mins for some to even acknowledge my being there at the counted/cashier. I server finally asked if she could help and went and got the young lady that working that station. She brought out the food and fliped open the containers quickly and bagged it up. I left and returned home to find I had a DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER instead of Single. Only a few onion rings in the box not worth 2 dollars extra. The Double HAMBURGER was correct with a hand full for cold fries. My burger was luke warm and bun dry and NO it didn't take me more than just a few min to get home. I have placed this order several times before and the food was always still hot when I got home.
When trying to place a call in order its difficult to hear the employee taking the order and difficult for them to here as well since the place is so loud. There needs to be a better quieter place for them to take orders, maybe even a volume control handset to amplfy their voice and to hear as well. They need to repeat the order back to the customer and give them a total of the bill.. Someone needs to be at the cashier station at all times and not in the back. There was a young male "host" I think standing there but never asked if her could help or offer to get some on to help. He just stood there .Intstead have some one else running back and bringing orders out to the counter. I was very disappointed in my experience from the other night. One other thing the reserved take out parking was full but yet I was the only one there to pick up an order no one waiting the cashier area for any order so you have customers parking there to dine in becasue its closer to the door.
Manager needs to be more visible and watching over the floor and another manager needs to be back in the kitchen. I didn't even see a manager or anyone that might be one. They need to be better identified by a different color shirt or hat..something that a customer can identify as the manager.
I have had issues prior with some rude employees before and overlooked it but the quality of the food this time was not up my expectations from this business. I will have to think very hard about ever returning or not. At this moment my gut says NO!
