Wendy’s

Wendy's located at 5011 Millerton pike, Knoxville, tn 37917. I must bring this to your attention. the drive thru at this location is a joke, it takes up to 30 minutes at any given time of day. I eat at Wendy's all the time at Wendy's merchants drive Knoxville, and Clinton Hwy, Knoxville, and those 2 have a waiting time of 5-8 minutes. now I not a rocket scientist to figure out management at Millerton pike isn't aware of it or they are part of the problem there. if I was the manager/owner, I would clean house and hire people who wants that store to be the best. It is oblivious the people working there are not doing their job, I have worked in retail all my life and I can tell you if I worked like that, I would be fire in a second. I have sit there and watched drivers drive off tired of waiting in line, which is revenue driving off. loosing money by poor service is the best way to shut down any business in a heart beat. I am sending pics to verify some of the time on my car, I was sitting 10 minutes before I decided to take pics, so add ten minutes more on the time.
