Hello, I came into the store to purchase some living room set.
I pay 49 for the processing fee
She indicate that I need to pay 84 for more to move my payment
Then she suggestion since I will be out of town, I can go ahead a pay for the first month which was 204.00
Then 136. Deliver fee.
However, My first complaint was Ms Hurd, the store manager forgot to add my loving table, then when ask about them, She got rude and upset. Saying no I didn't forgot. I thought you didn't want the table. She kept getting the my total wrong. Then she had no correct knowledge on my payout. Se kept indicate that the sales person was given her the wrong infor which the infor was right in her face.
Later, I found the living room set was to big to fit into the home, So I was inform to pick something else smaller, maybe just a sofa.
So Now that she has correct my order. She wouldn't apply all my payment to the paperwork she state her and her friend Felecia which is the manager would correct later that now, but got upset because I refuse to sign paperwork which the balance isn't correct. Then I called several times asking have they correct the issues, she stated oh Felecia is still play with, she will correct it soon.
A week later she state oh you total is 687 to pay off the sofa which the sofa is 687.00. total 559.00 plus tax
The confuse is how is the sofa is still 687 and I have already paid her 337 toward my sofa like she insist? Did when I question her about it, she gets upset and rude about and hang up. I really thinks and believes her and her friend supervisor Felecia could be Alleged trying to compensate my money for their sales quote that she keep complaining about.
