Ok, first I want to start with the amount of roaches that were in my room #106 from the first night I checked in. Even a mother bug came out the picture over my sofa bed. Second my original reservation was from April 1 to the 6th...the 5th I asked for an extension for my stay to the 8th. Without my knowledge or being notified I was checked out on the 7th @ 11:30 A.M. and had to make reservations over again just so me and my children wouldn't be on the streets. The attendants on duty were nice and helpful 2nd shift but the confusion was uncalled for.

This location has gone down hill. I have stayed here before. I was expecting a better stay..Being North Scottsdale.
To my surprise: They seem to allow anybody in here. The people are sketchy.. they posted that maintenance was cleaning the air conditioner. Then my smoke detector started to "chirp", my next door neighbor just came in my room (NOT INVITED), decided to remove the smoke detector from the ceiling, after he removed it, he looked in my purse, then said to me "go get a battery from the front desk", I noticed him looking in my purse, SO I said to him " GET OUT OF MY ROOM". He reeked of alcohol by the way.
I went to the front to complain, thank god they did move me. BUT another complain; there was no hot water in the kitchen sink, in either room. we pay over $1000.00 for our stay, REALLY! NOT HOT WATER TO WASH MY DISHES.
I do Not recommend!
