Seemingly same company as TLG Shoppers use of unauthorized recurring monthly charges of 14.99!
Sorry I used quotation marks on the last submission and it did not upload properly. I meant - Please cancel my membership.
Ok so I did a little more digging because I see too many of these complaints surfacing on the internet. The company behind all of the programs - TLG... is Affinion Group - find their website and look on the membership tab. There is a list of all of these programs there. The number to call is [protected] make sure that you cancel all of the programs they have you signed up for. There are several different ones. They will try to offer you a lower rate, free hotel stays, free flight even for your troubles. Just keep repeating 'Please cancel my membership'. They do not need any bank or credit card information to do this for you. http://www.affiniongroup.com/products-services/membership/. Hope this helps everyone.
I have been fighting these charges with my credit card company for a year. Have had to cancel my credit card altogether to get rid of the charges. They change their billing ID monthly to scam the credit card company - no #s to contact them. The charge goes back to a stay at a hotel and signing up for a rewards program when I made a reservation - big hotel chain - will never do this again.
