I was in the Milan location yesterday 11-15-19 around 7:30pm. The cashier that was taking orders seemed to have an attitude with everyone and was acting as if she didn't care to be there. It seemed like she didn't know what to do and didn't even give people their receipts or cups when she was finished with their order. There was this one situation that really got me. I was standing up there waiting for my food and there was this older gentleman that had two seperate orders to go. She was very rude with him and she had obviously messed up his order (it looked as though she was hardly listening to him) so she had to get a manager to take some stuff off if seemed. The gentleman simply asked "what all do you have so far", The manager was helpful and told him what was on there and so he continued his order. He was waiting to pay for the first order and she never told him his total. He asked her if it was okay to pay now. (from my experience in the past with good and nice cashiers...they say "once the face goes away you can insert your card"...this girl name Kyla by the way...didn't say that and still had a attitude. He paid for the first order... She then...proceeds to open a bag so they can put his food in it for the first order.
As she is doing this... he simply says to her "I have a second order". Just the look that she gave him and the tone of her voice when said to him "I'm doing something right now". That was the final straw... I didn't get to speak to the gentleman before he left. but I knew I was going to complain about her if he didn't. I hope he does also. The way she acted was unacceptable for anyone that works with the public. My opinion is...that she needs to be repremanded for acting like this or fired. Whatever Wendy's thinks is best.
She doesn't need to be working with the public at all if she is going to act like this.
