Purchased a sectional with 3 recliners and 2 media consoles in it. After delivery, one of the consoles was the wrong color. After almost 2 months, they switched it out. Color was still incorrect.
They switched it out a third time and it is still the wrong color.
We wanted our money back because it is just taking too long. They begged to allow a service rep to come out and look at it and also fix one of the recliners that broke on the interim.
After trying to contact the store, they no longer want to talk with us. All they do now is give us the number for the service department.
Their in store service rep and sales rep do not want to help. We truly feel ripped off by a company that does not care.
We used to love La-Z-Boy. This experience is showing us that quality and service at La-Z-Boy are officially DOA.
Desired outcome: Refund. This is not the product we paid for 6 months ago.
