Drive through Wendy’s at 551 Donelson Pike in Tennessee #[protected]. Order number 3527 on 08/04/2023 at 10:37pm 40192. Wendy’s is the only fast food I will eat. The long lines use to be worth the wait! This location had about 7-8 employees inside, everyone laughing, standing around talking. 25 minutes in line with only 6 cars in front of me. First window to order, extremely unfriendly, advised several times no mayonnaise on JBC, pay this same person, rude customer service. Second window to pick up. Zero eye contact, opens window hand out the window with their back to us - we get drink, reopens window back to us hands us bag shuts window immediately. Employees non stop talking with window immediately closed we could not even ask for additional items we needed like ketchup etc. Now the food and drinks, we tossed coke soda-it was horrible! My JBC Loaded with mayonnaise. The quality of food equal to customer service-Horrible! Meat on hamburger was gross, soda was horrible. Entire experience-horrible. Wendy’s will be added to list of crap fast food. It’s sad!
Desired outcome: Employees need to be more respectful and attentive to job their being paid to do! Wendy’s corporation needs to review quality of food they are choosing to purchase and charge people for. They use to have good quality fast food. No longer!
