I'm in the process of building a new home by David Weekly in the Veridians in North Arlington, Texas. I had issues with the framers they can't read blue prints. They framed 3 windows incorrectly and had to come back and reframe. The first storm several of my shingles blow off the roof. After inspecting the roof the left several of the metal drop edging off. The painter sprayed the trim rand the house and got paint approx 4 foot up on the shingles all the way around the house. The supervisor advised me they would replace the painted shingles but looks like the are trying to clean the shingles instead. The process is leaving the shingles discolored. I'm only on the second month of the building process. I'm having all these issues and the brick, Sheetrock, flooring and cabinets haven't been installed. Can you imagine the issues that are coming my way. The only reinsert I get from the supervisor and sales person is that it's hard to fin go trades. Anyone that would like the pictures I have can e-mail me at [protected]@sbcglobal.net and I'll be more than happy to send for your review. I'm into this house for $10, 000.00 so I'm going to ride it out. Saying that it doesn't mean I will move in I'd rather lose the money instead of moving on a house that is built poorly.
