I went to the Panera Bread in Arlington, TX tonight and ordered a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Chicken salad without the chicken. The cashier's name was Nelly and when she was giving me my food she asked me the question (I think to distract me), "you had the chips with your order, right?" and I responded with a yes. I get home and I look at the salad and it looks smaller than usual (I frequent Panera Breads all over Dallas and I always get the same thing) but I continue to open it because I wanted to eat it. I open it and it immediately looks different to me. All I mostly saw was lettuce and little other ingredients. Anyway, I still proceeded to eat the salad because I paid for it and I don't waste money. I put the dressing on it and start eating it and noticed that some ingredients were missing. There was no sofrito blend, no cilantro, no tortilla chips and the avocados were hard as f*ck. Mind you, I did go to this Panera and place this order at 8:33pm (they close at 9 due to COVID19) so I believe what they did was put anything in my order just because they were about to close in 30 minutes. I don't like service like that and I'm pissed that Nelly knew damn well they didn't put all the ingredients in my salad and STILL had me pay for it. I won't go to that Panera again and any time I get I will leave bad reviews for the hell of it. And the bad part about it is that on the receipt it literally says "Your order should be correct every time. If it's not, we'll fix it right away and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know." But I live 20 minutes from that Panera and I wasn't driving back. I'm so disappointed. Cafe number: 601880
