I placed a order via phone for a 6 piece medium buffalo wings with a additional container of barbeque sauce. When I arrived there was no additional container of barbeque sauce. A man who appeared to be the manager proceeded to explain the the barbeque sauce was on the wings. I informed him I ordered medium buffalo wings and a extra barbeque sauce on side. He then stated that there was no way to charge for the extra barbeque sauce. Then I informed him that I had ordered an the same items on numerous occasions, (medium buffalo wings and extra container of barbeque sauce), he then stated "not no more" he was very rude and disrespectful stating he can't give away free barbeque sauce. He was demeaning and down right hostile and intolerant to my inquiries. I also informed him that the order was medium sauce with barbeque on side so actually my order was incorrect as barbeque and not medium buffalo sauce was on the wings. If you can believe this, I left the store as the conversation was getting heated and he actually came running after me in a loud, rude and hostile voice repeating that he can't give away free barbeque sauce and there was no way to charge it. I was in complete disbelief of his character and attitude. I have not seen such belligerent behavior displayed by an employee of a restaurant ever in my life.
