I went for an initial consultation regarding loose weight with laser on October 25th at 0800 local time The Woodlands Texas location, Miss Julie Knapton gave me an overall information regarding the procedure, she gave me an estimate of $10,000.00, she charged my Credit Card for $3,000.00 and schedule another free consultaion with dr. Azita Madjidi for November 02.
On November 02 at 1200 local time, i went to a location on 5420 W Loop South Bellaire, Texas, where a nurse took my vitals and asked me to wait for the Dr.
After about 30 minutes, Dr. Madjidi enter the room without knocking the door, without making sure i was behind the door, she just entered, and started talking gto me like I was a 3 year old or like i did not speak english. She rushed and kept on talking to me like i had a mental problem, I asked her how long I should wait to take a flight and she said I needed to walk every hour to avoid a blood clog (something I can understand) but she made a comment like “You need to walk or you will die and will be a shame”. I still don’t understand why the comments and why treating me like a stupid. I will not put my life in her hands, they lost my trust. I obviously want my money back to go with a certified plastic surgeon that gain my trust back.
Desired outcome: Please refund the $3,000.00 that were charged on October 25th
Sono Bello - Non invasive lipo
My review is being blocked by Sono Bello. I just had my procedure Wednesday 07/19/2023 at around 830am. And it was the worst experience of my life. It felt like I was part of a saw movie. I have a very high tolerance for pain. I have a ton of tattoos, but that procedure hurt like hell. I did my research, and it was supposed to be painless. I don't know what happened. I was crying during the entire procedure and shaking. The doctor never stopped or gave me a break. I sooo wanted to quit several times in the middle of the procedure. I will NEVER go back for anything else with Sono Bello, and I will NEVER recommend this procedure to anyone. PLEASE DONT DO IT!... Follow up as of today 07/21/2023 Friday. Seems like my body absorbed the lidocaine that was given to me much quicker than other people. So I felt everything after it wore off. It was incredibly painful. I know it's rare, but this is something that should be a warning to patients before getting the procedure done. And nobody told me this could happen. I was under the impression it was supposed to be painless, according to the research I did beforehand. I know they probably want me to remove this review, but I will not because people need to know that this is a possibility that this can happen to them. And I DO NOT want anyone to go through the pain I went through. If they don't warn people beforehand, then I will!

I had my surgery 08/16/22 and besides being awake and fully conscious and expressing my discomfort…. They had my weight off by 50lbs. So I isn't get the right amount of fat removed but also did not received the right amount of numbing medication hence why I felt everything. They couldn't even get the IV right. The most unprofessional and unethical experience I have ever had with a medical professional office. I've been in contact with the clinical manager and waiting to hear the resolution they plan for me,

I'm dealing with the same situation, we all need to join a class action suit against this butcher chop shop ! I hope you get your money back because I'm expecting a refund as well. I am running not walking away from this business!
