Came to the Dripping Springs Tx location drive thru on the morning of 5/18/23 at 6:45am. The person asked if I was ordering thru the app and I said no. I never heard back from the person. I said hello 3-4 times and assumed maybe the speaker was messed up. I drove around and figured I would do the order at the window. When I got to the window I explained to the individual that I never heard back from him. He said he told me to wait a second. I told him maybe the speaker isn’t working and he said no he told me to wait. After a back and forth argument, I asked to speak with the manager and he said that he was the manager. He was a young Hispanic man. All he had to do is take my order. I am so disappointed in this location and I don’t think I will ever go back. So disrespectful.
