Has very rude employees that modify your mortgage as they see fit even though a modification plan is in place. Their left hand never knows what their right hand is doing. Make many mistakes in overcharges to their benefit and will not remove them even though you show proof. Insist on keeping Insurance checks made out in their name and mortgagee. Find reasons for not returning checks. Very bad business practices. Representatives will not give out their names for complaints and hang up the phone if they are asked their names.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Agree! they are rude to their customers. Our loan has been sold to them from flagstar last month and I am pretty nervous as we need help in modifying our loan.
