My 2 orders were to be ready @350pm, pull up to a pickup zone send a text, 6 mins later nobody comes out so I go in. Nobody at the take-out counter. Waiting... finally someone comes into work, walks by, still nothing, I ask that person for a manager... He doesn't seem to care about my complaint, just redoes my order and not even deliver it... The girl that drops it off has a very poor attitude, treating me like I'm a problem and I was professional about the whole thing! They obviously didn't care about this one-off person, who out of the hundreds of people they see a week this one guy isn't going to matter... Profitability resides in every guest experience period, your store and your staff make more money the better they treat the guest, themselves and the store full circle! If BWW is ok with this kind of behavior, then bww will never see my money again nor anyone I associate with. Too many wing and bar restaurants around for conduct like that. This order was placed at the Champion Circle Location off hwy 114 in Fort Worth, TX 76177, order was taken out ready for pickup by 350.
Desired outcome: Show some sort of empathy, if your Bartender has guest at his bar make sure there's a backup plan at the take out counter.
On top of the horrible service the orders were completely wrong...
