She wants everything done by the book by her employees. Also at the same time she doesn't follow them. As a store manager she should be setting a example for her associates. For example she wants them to clock out when buying items which is the correct way to do it but yet she takes a layaway out while still on the clock. She gets personal phone calls all day. There's times where she will go in the back for hours to be on the phone. Employees wrongfully using managers logins to add more hours to their schedule. Same employee taking 15 min breaks going out to her car to smoke and doesn't clock out even when the assistant manager tells her to clock out. The store manager lets everything slide with one employee in particular because that's her family. All Associates including store managers and assistant managers should be treated the same no discrimination towards work levels. They constantly been putting up with a lot from her and they are getting tired of it. Hopefully something can be done about this ASAP as it has been going on for a very long time. Thank you
