on 8/4/19 I placed a drive thru order around 12:30 PM. I had to wait for several minutes to be waited on, then I asked for a Regular BLT not the chicken BLT. I was advised that they could not make one, then the girl came back and said yes they can make that, I asked can we make it a combo with tots and a drink and was advised they cant make it a combo and had to make each thing separate. So I had to order a BLT, Tots, and Drink each separate. When I got to the window I asked why I was unable to make it a combo and was advised "when ordering a combo it makes the price higher" I explained that it should lower the price for a combo then asked for a managers name. She closed the window and then came back and said a name, I asked her to write it down and she stated "me write it down" I said yes. At this point I was frustrated with not being able to make it a combo and having to pay approx $10.00 for my order and then having to ask her to give a managers name and write it down to be looked at as if I was asking something outlandish.
There have been several times of extended wait times at the drive thru window before ordering, or waiting extended times for change because they had to run outside to run cards, or simply one person doing drive thru and the stall orders.
Unfortunately I have not seen the manager that is there sometimes in the morning lately, because I used to be able to express my frustrations with employees attitudes and not smiling or being friendly. There are only 2 sonics on the island and this one is closest, however it is almost at the point that I will refrain from ordering from sonic at all.
