Lifestyle Lift - Scared with painful complications

I saw the Debbie Boone commercial over and over for a year and though that would be a way to help me to age a little slower. So then
I called lifestyle lift. I went in and was told by a consultant that I would truly benefit from a lifestyle lift. I thought about for a year and called again…This time the consultant started pushing me for a decision. So I set an appointment to see a doctor there. I talked to Dr. Robert Palmer because the
other doctors couldn't’t see me on the days I could work around my work schedule because they are so far away I would have to spend an entire day getting there and appointment time and traveling back home.

So I set a date for surgery and booked a hotel down the
street because I had to come back to that office the next morning after the
surgery. I showed up the next morning and my face, lips and eyes were so to
have a staff member/not sure who they were, look at me say your looking good, go home and call if there’s a problem. I never saw Dr. Palmer after the
surgery. I was having a problem with everything that had happen to me so I
cried and had nightmares. Upon my wait in the waiting area in the back side of the office away from potential clients there were people sitting there looking at me and I looking at them in horror. A lady while I was being looked at by a nurse I think was being ushered back was complaining that she had a staph infection. So I ask that if I would get a staph infection from her or being in the office, and he ask me do I wash my hands after going to poop in the
bathroom. Yes he really did! And I said yes I do wash my hands. He told me that said she had gotten a staph infection because she didn’t wash her hand after she did number 2. Oh my God I came home and was so afraid of getting a staph infection. I felt helpless and couldn't’t really do anything about it.

But during the whole procedure I could hear everything that
was being said and I felt pain from multiple shots maybe more than 20 and I
could hear Dr. Palmer tell someone that he calls this cut a “Dog ear” because
the cut he made went from the front of my ear all the way behind the bony area of my ear. I couldn't’t say or do anything because of constant burning and shots to my face and I knew if I tried to move at all it could cause puncher to my eyes, in my ear canal area, and the temporal soft spot area. People were climbing on top of my body to burn or give me an excruciating shot to my face area. So I endured the shots, burning and the smell of burning human flesh and over 500 stitches!

Today is 07/14/2014. Oh dear god! I just called them and
told them I was still having pain around my ears, my right ear is closes and I
can’t hear anything but mumbles out of it. And my face will bleed sometimes. I instantly
got sick at my stomach just trying to talk to them about how awful my scars are
and how much the chronic pain affects my everyday life and my job. The now
wants to give me an appointment to see Dr. Smith and maybe have more surgery. This
lady talked like after they take pictures and go through a lengthy process to
get their corporate office to approve a 2
nd surgery they can then
help me? I’m thinking that I need to find a lawyer and sue them because
they seem to think that just because Dr. Robert Palmer is no longer working
there that it will be okay and they will fix it. Can someone out there HELP?

This is exactly what happened to my husband in August of 2013. They made all these promises about minimal incisions and scaring and he has these huge cuts/scars behind the ear and the area around the ears is still numb. As you mentioned, even the procedure itself was traumatizing as he yanked and pulled and got on top of him to pull on his skin. It was scary and he still has the scars to prove it.
We contacted a "1-800" number last year to try to get copies of his medical records and they promised to send them but we have never received any response. Have you had any resolution? Did you find anything on Dr. Palmer?

Lifestyle Lift - Would not allow me to interview doctor

I had called the toll free # for lifestyle lifts and made an appointment to interview dr palmer who was on the staff. I made it abundantly clear that I was not interested in seeing a technician or assistant. The appointment was made and when I arrived at 12:00 I was informed that dr palmer was still in surgery. That was fine I would come back 45 minutes later. When I arrived I was urshered into a room where I watched a video and then a tech came in to talk to me. I requested dr palmer but was not allowed to see him. Again I was told he was with patients. It is amazing to me that these people think we are willing to schedule a surgery and not be allowed to interview the person who will cut into our skin. This is not the first time I had made an appointment to see dr palmer... I was refused the first time as well. There are so many complaints on the internet about lifestyle lifts. People pay attention. If you can't visit with the doctor... Run for your life!

I would like to know who approved this method...who licensed them...who is ignoring the outcomes and why...
If they all do a bad job, then who gave them their credentials...and has anyone seen any credentials...is it a franchise...who hires these people...
Can I get a burger and a lift, please? This is insane! I am angered that this can go on for so long without anyone putting a stop to it. I believe that we need compensation for everything, including what we go through on a daily basis! My self-esteem is definately affected. My looks are affected, and obviously it matters to me. My body is affected by the muscle spasms in my neck when I lift my arms. When I speak on the cell phone, I have to constantly adjust the phone because my ears cannot feel. I actually look uglier now than before. My eyes are sunken in and the skin pulls my eyes down, causing vertical wrinkles.
Another plastic surgeon told me that it would be at least $10, 000.00 to re-do everything. Right now, I would just like to get my ears to be more acceptable looking and less noticeable.

I had a LSL done in May 2009 in Orlando, It was a terrible experience for me behind my ears are a terrible mess it is so hard to clean them. There is no difference in my Appearance at all, i asked for my money back i was refused but i was offered to have the procedure done again for free, if that is not admitting they did a bad job. How do they get away with it?
