Wendy’s - Hygiene and COVID standards

You had a cook handling food without gloves. 2 mins prior to that she was talking on her personal cell phone while working the cash register again without gloves. Highly unprofessional.
I decided to take a video and record other employees wearing gloves and following protocol. I feel like this is gross and highly inappropriate for the year of COVID.

Desired outcome: Improved cleanliness

On 1/13/2021 I was working for door dash and I entered the Wendy's location in Houston TX
Address: 5000 Cypress Creek Parkway.

I observed and got on video an employee cooking and handling food with her hands without wearing gloves. That is a high COVID risk and neglect by the franchise and the restaurant. Personally that's just gross because before this I was waiting in line and she was walking around the kitchen talking on her personal cell phone again without gloves and then went straight to handling food.
It's hard to deny when it's caught on video.
