Burger King - The service

I ordered a burger, cookies and a coke at 5:57 on my app! Drove straight there an ended up waiting ten minutes before someone helped me, an another 8 minutes on food? So a total of almost 20 minutes for my small [censored] order? Normally I don't do this but that's 20 minutes out of my hour lunch for what? I could have went to a restaurant for that Time? All I got was sorry

Burger King - Cold food no refund

Wednesday november 15 2023 at 3:16 pm my disabled and senior aunt and uncle and I went for a late lunch to burger king #25290 jacksonville texas 75766. Order number 30. We ordered 3 whopper 3 small fry 3 coke. Our food took well over 20 minutes for us to get…once we finally got our food we were horrified to find that the meat was frigerator cold! The burgers had huge chunks of lettuce that could have choked my uncle and aunt! We knew something was wrong. We immediately brought the entire meals back to the assistant manager on duty for a refund! We asked for her name and she wouldn’t give us her name and we were denied a refund. We asked for a manger and we were told to come back after 4pm. As we were talking with the assistant manager we all witnessed the cashier had on gloves and was taking cash from other customers and then with the same gloves on went to help make burgers and grabbed meat with the same gloves on and proceeded to put meat on the buns. All of the tables were dirty and the floors were dirty and sticky. We left the store with out eating lunch. We were told by the assistant manager (she refused to give us her name) to come back after 4 pm to speak with the manager. At 5:13pm my aunt and uncle and I arrived at the store for a refund. We asked for a manager and asked for his name and he refused to give it to us. We explained to the black guy witth long hair that we wanted a refund and he said no that he would not give a refund and said we could have another meal. We want a refund not a food born illness.In front witnesses and custimers the manager accused me of being at the restaurant before and said he saw me there before. I’m not even from jacksonville I live in austin and was coming to jacksonville to have lunch with my senior, disabled aunt and uncle to burger king! We can’t believe how badly we were treated at this restaurant. A lot of these violations need to be reported to the health department. We went into the restaurant around 3:00 no one had on any name tags and the restaurant was filthy.. I’ve been a chef for 32 years and thought of burger king as clean food place. There were no napkins only a roll of brown paper roll towels on the counter.. I asked why and that said they were out of napkin! Food was cold and there were many many violations in the restaurant. The cashier had his pants pulled all the way down so we can see his underwear. I have other names and phone numbers of all the witnesses if need be

Claimed loss: $16.21 and fuel of $5.00

Desired outcome: A full refund of $16.21 plus $5 charge for fuel and free coupons for food at a much later time once the problems are fixed
