I placed an order to be delivered same day. order total was for $68.38 after taxes and fees. I used a $60 gift card and paid the remainder with my debit card, and received 3 emails stating which items were cancelled/out of stock. the emails specifically state that the card would not be charged for those items. I know that it takes a few days for pending charges to fall of after a correction with a bank card, but I assumed that this mostly being paid with a gift card purchased at a Michaels location the charges would be reversed pretty quickly. it has been 72 hours and counting since all of this started and trying to get someone that can help me has proven to be near impossible. all I want is to either get the money back that was already taken off the card, or to just be given the option to ship the items I didnt receive. if I was the one taking products or money from a store they would have no problem punishing me, but I feel like im being stolen from and cant get a resolution. I have kept trancripts of chats and have all emails if anyone for Michaels would like to look into this
Desired outcome: ship items that were out of stock yet charged on cards (preferred)reverse charges
