Well I went to donate at the center in Lewisville, TX. Took an uber there and when I got all the way in my chair a manager by the name of Noah tells me that I cant donate bc I smelled like marijuana. I explained to him that I just took an uber and it wasn't me and refused to give me a drug test before assuming it was me. When I asked for the policy on turning away people he told me that by law he doesn't have to give me a copy of anything! Just terrible service and I want to speak to someone in charge of that place. Thank u
Desired outcome: Would like my donation money that i went for.

I have haf some bad hurtful experiences at this location and went through the chain of command the manger (Ashley) whom would not listen to me on how I was treated by the employee and even lied on on today 07/102020..prior to this event I was left with a needle popping out my arm and blood every where when a employee left herr station to get help on 07/01/2020 and to follow that the 07/03/2020 employee waa ride and stuck the needle sideways and I wind up not beingg able to donate that day. It's like the mangers don't he
hold thier employees accountable here and you have to suffer because they don't belive you..there are cameras at this location and I have asked them to be review them to see the proof that how I have been treated and the manger Ashley would not the manger Steven whom I had to speak with today due to Ashley not listening to my concerns went way off the topic what was going on today and made me feel as if I was a liar..It saddens me cause it's about saving lives and not being treating unfairly or poked on anykind of way.
