I ordered two mini blizzards, two kids' meals, and a taco meal. Both blizzards were melting. She handed me extra napkins. I turned it over because that's how much liquid was coming out of it. She then gave me bigger cups to put them in instead of redoing the blizzards. I gave her a QR code to scan from the DQ app for a $1.99 kid's meal. She told me, "I wish you would've told me that at the drive thru." She didn't know how to scan your app, so she took $2 off. That left the meal at $2.19, so it was close to the $1.99 offer. I didn't get any of my three drinks I paid for. Taco sauce was thrown on the actual tacos by hand instead of the bag, which means her hands that have been handling the computer and money just went all over the tacos. She wasn't properly trained in any way. The Luling location has lost business because their employees are not properly trained. It wasn't busy. I was the only car in the drive thru.
