I waited for 15 minutes, because they said it was shift change. Then I ordered a 5 dollar biggie bag for my kid. The food wasn't not hot and I asked after waiting the 15 minutes could they make the food fresh. Jennifer had an attitude. Then she came back to the window with hot fries but my burger was over cooked and dry looked old. I don't think the young people there take there job serious because they were laughing as I drove off.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back or the person who gave me the old burger to be fired.
