I went to wendys in pearland on broadway st so unprofessional no masks the person at the window yelled at me once I asked her to put it on I also asked to speak to a manger and the young girl stated that was no manager at the time im so sick of coming to this wendys because the problems are never resolved they are never open within the time that is stated online and everything on the menu is always not available or the system is always down do better wendys
Wendy’s - I'm complaining about the managers and the health of customers
The Wendy's on broadway is the most disgusting place I ever went to, no one ever has on gloves or masks she (gm) will literally look you dead in your face and not put on any gloves and I was disgusted will not recommend no one to this place the other employees are very rude cant even ask them a question about a food item I spoke to a employee about 3 days ago and she said its a lot of drama especially with the general mangers family and baby father being around a very unstable nasty place to work. The rat problem there is also not being taken care of why nobody is talking about... to pass the health inspection they have to be cleaning the day before this is disgusting... so rude and unprofessional kids pretending to be mangers and not knowing how to give refunds
Desired outcome: better management this been going on since early august
