I went in to a furniture store in Jacksonville, Florida by the name of Furniture Sources and was told that I could finance and buy right out in three months. My partner and I used out entire stimulus checks to payoff the furniture. Two months later we continuous phone Morning and night sometimes we'll past 12AM. This company is fraudulent and absolutely disrespectful. This collection needs to be removed from my Partner and I Credit Reports. It unfair and untrue.
Desired outcome: Stop and remove collection from both of our credit reports
This isn’t a finance company it’s a collection agency. Beware
AcceptanceNow - Finance agreements 90 same as cash
This is so messed up. What they don't tell you is if you don't pay off within the 90-days, you start all over with the original amount into installment payments so the money you paid within the 90-days is gone/lost and not counted. To top it off their is a fee of 12%-15% automatically added to the price of the item you buy, which is not made clear as well. I DO NOT recommend using their services whatsoever for anything. I CANNOT believe that Ashley's Furniture is allowing this company to be associated with them. WOW
