We ordered a massage chair at the Texas State Fair on 10/16/21. we were told 3-5 weeks for delivery. its 01/30/22. we have tired contacting mattress firm on the web, email and phone. the original sales reps. No response. $9640.97 outstanding on a promotional charge. We have tried to find resolution in October, December and January. No response. We want this order cancelled and the credit closed without penalty. Horrible experience.
Desired outcome: CANCELLATION OF CHAIR AND CLOSURE OF PROMOTIONAL CREDIT ACCOUNT
