Windows and doors were ordered and paid in full 7/17/20 with a promise from alex that they would be delivered in 6 to 8 weeks. We found out the order was not submitted until 7/23/20
Windows were finally delivered 10/5/20 but the 2 sliding glass doors were not delivered and to date we have not received them. Nail fins were supposed to be attached to all windows but they were sent separately and there were not enough. Customer went all the way to window world in san antonio on 10/7/20 to talk to someone (everyone was out to lunch at the same time so he had to wait an hour). They were told the nail fins had to be ordered (paid 550+ extra). We are still waiting for the fins in the meantime our job is shut down. We keep being told that our order is a priority. We never have calls returned after being told they will check and call us back. When we call our salesman alex to get answers he tells us he has no control and then he gets smart. He made many promises to us about coming out to the job to talk to our framer before we placed the order. After he got the order and the money, his whole attitude has changed. He told us that window world specializes in replacement windows and that they just order the windows and doors for new construction - our framers should know what to do. Customer calls everyday to check on the order
