On Saturday 12/22/2018 around 10:38 am cst I walked into 24 hour fitness to register for a 3 day pass I receivers on line; as I approached the desk and asked the lady at the desk she instructed me to check in on the computer. As aproceeded to check in on the computer a different female approached me and said that I would have to see someone in sales before I could start at the gym . I then said to the female no thank you and I proceeded to walk out. She then very anbrasively and loudly said WELL BYE!" I then turned around and asked her for her name and she refused, aggressively saying "I'm not going to tell you!" I then asked for the managers name and she said "I'm not going to tell you!" So I turned to the first young lady that initially helped me and asked her for the managers name and she told me " Carlas." I then asked for his last name and as she proceeded to tell me the abbrasuve female instructed her not to tell me and she then said "he doesn't have one." I then asked for his last name initial and she was instructed once again not to tell me. I then asked for the number to corporate and once again she rufuses to tell me. I then asked for a pad and pen to write the name I was given. The aggressive female threw a pad I'm front of me aggressively. I immediately said to her do not through that at me an I threw it at the keyboard. I called another location as I stood there for the number to coorporate and wrote it on a flyer on the counter. She then started to scream at the top of her lungs "GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT! I told her to stop screaming at me, but she continued and then screamed "LEAVE, LEAVE! As patrons in the gym were looking on. I then walked out and proceeded to call corporate.
