On my ticket my order is right but none of the burger are done right, I asked for onion rings I got frys, didn't even ask for cheese on 2 of the burgers there is cheese, asked for chicken fries I got chicken nuggets, asked for coke don't even know what I got. Ordered 5 drinks and did not get any straws, the list goes on. A $30 order you would think they would try to read the ticket right to get the order right. When I called to talk to the manager I could hardly understand him, then he said ( what do you want me to do about it) then I just got pissed. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, so I guess for now on I will have to drive to a better one to make sure I get my order right.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

no she was workin she came up and said can i take your order then she got a text and stopped waiting on us to answer the txt.then took our order...i should have just walked out.
i dont even bother with burger kings around my area anymore. they are all run by kids who dont have to work they just need party money so why should they care if our orders are right. i stood in front of the register for 10 min looking at this girl texting instead of takin our order...thats the last time ive been.and it doesnt matter if you call the manager or not they dont care cuz the managers are what? 15yr olds with a working permit! i gave up.there are better places i can spend my money.
You could also just stop eating fast food.
