Burger king store # 2884 employee actually said to us: "ya'll take ur ### outta here !
On april 28, 2009 around 7pm, I took my wife and my 15 year old daughter to burger king located at 5025 stateline avenue in texarkana, tx (Store #2884) and what an insulting experience that was! It felt like they were doing a favour to us for dining there..
We were eating and a female employee started spraying and cleaning tables around us. She was dragging alluminium chairs making such a loud and harsh noise and then throwing them on top of tables. It was really unbearable. I got an important call on my cell phone but could not hear anything due to the horrible noise. The girl looks at me and knws that I was on the phone but didn't care at all to even pause for a moment and just kept banging chairs! I even told her to quiet down a little and boy.. Oh.. Boy... , she got so mad at me and started mouthing off. She got down right nasty and said to us: " ya'll need to take ur ### outa here... "! My wife and my daughter were stunned! And that was not the worst part, the manager was standing behind the counter and was watching the whole incident and could not get her to stop yelling at us and talking to his customers like that. She even yelled at him! Any one with "customer service 101" skills would have fired such an unprofessional employee on the spot. Not only he could not stop her, he did not even apologize to us as we were leaving.
I told him that I was going to complain to customer service and I did. That too turned out to be another joke ! They said they will forward my complaint to the district manager but to-date, even after almost a month, I have not heard from anyone back regarding my complaint. They simply do not seen to give a damn !
They made a lifelong mc donald's patron out of me ! What a contrast in service between the two !
Unbelievable in the US of A !
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Not all customers are good customers. So why should you get good customer service. You go into a fast food restaurant and expect a minimum wage kid, girl, lady, (whatever the case maybe) and expect to be treated like kings and queens. Do you know her situation. Maybe she is making up for a Slacker of a Co-worker who didn't do their job before they left. Maybe they are pulling a double to make ends meet. How rude was it of you to be on your phone at dinner any way. No one in the restaurant (except maybe your wife) want to hear your phone conversation. BTW Customers are not Always right. MAYBE they have a sign " We have the right to refuse service. MAYBE you where an A-Hole who deserved to be booted out of the restaurant . There are 3 sides to every story / complaint -- Your side, her side and the truth. I also bet she had co-workers to back her up when she told her bosses you where an ###.
If she would have said something like that to me and her manager didn't stop her she would be walking around that restaurant with a chair stuck up her ###.
