Dairy Queen - overall store problems

When traveling with grandchildren, I opt for DQ over McDonalds everytime. At the end of a ten day vacation with two grandchildren, we were driving back to our home town, Henderson, Texas (Home of the Oldest Continually operating DQ in Texas).

We arrived at the Woodville store #014737 at 12:57 on 21 July 2019. We took our desserts and left at 1:45.

The store in Woodville deserves your attention or pulling their franchise. The place was a total fiasco and not a place that I will EVER stop at again. Firstly, a person who turned out to be one of the cooks was standing outside smoking when we pulled up, then, the chaos began:
1) The simple order took 30 minutes to get out, while at the same time, everyone else in the place was either getting wrong food, not getting food or complaining about their food.
2) The "manager" kept calling out food and virtually auctioning it off as they were not using their number system. He took complaints from customers in stride and seemed to apologize.
3) There were NO NAPKINS in the store and when asked, staff gave customers a ripped off piece of bathroom brown paper from a roll that they had to touch to rip.
4) There was a great deal of noise between the staff which was borderline arguing, borderline training, borderline totally disconcerting.
5) After finally getting our food and eating, I agreed to get mini-Blizzards for the two grandchildren -- not suprisingly, the machine was so close to being out of mix that they had to work sloowly to finally get enough for the two. This is unacceptable in a place that makes its whole basis for its existence on soft serve.
6) Because I was so disappointed, on leaving I asked the front counter guy who the franchise owner is-- A shrug and an "I DONT KNOW" makes complete sense since that person has no idea what is going on in their store.

Take a moment to pressure this location into cleaning up its problems because it reflects significantly on your entire chain. The time involved, the lack of supplies, the overall operation is a joke. Please clean it up.
