Argosy University

I chose to attend Argosy because they were the only school in the state offering a program in Regulatory Compliance. When I was about 2 classes from completing the program my Academic Advisor said Argosy would not be able to provide the final class needed to complete the program. I had been emphatic from the day I contacted Argosy, emailed the required courses to my Academic Advisor and repeatedly asked about the last class; always being assured they would get it scheduled. Twice I was enrolled, twice the course was cancelled. When I asked my Academic Advisor what my degree was suppose to be he stated "Customized" - never heard of that. In addition, Argosy expects students to pay $175 to receive a degree even after completing a program. The entire time I was attending classes and following up to ensure I would be able to take the final course to complete the RC program and they wait until I'm almost done to tell me it's not going to happen. Now, I'm left with a mountain of school loan debt because Argosy misrepresented and and misled me. Who would a pursue a "customized" Masters Degree? Had I been advised up front the course would not be available I could have made an informed choice. Even Dr.Hansen assured me I would be able to take the final course - he too misled me. Argosy should repay the funds paid for an education I did not receive, I made it very clear about why I was there from the beginning.
