This occurred 0322/23 at 11. am in St George, UT. It was my birthday, 68 young. Thought a beer or a drink and some wings since we were in St George for a a medical appt, lets go to Buffalo, 1 time last year at this location good, several months ago mediocre, today horrible, no 4th trip there. Waited outside 30 min. saw a man come out the door at 10.50, thought heck they are already open, far from it. We walked up to door about 1 min to 11. LOCKED! hum. Waited, called the px # in there door and waited in the cool rainy wind, finally a female answered, I said, are you open, Yes.. well which door this one is locked, I will send him out, 11.03 he opens the door, a man with no uniform showing having a man bun in a flannel type plaid coat. Sorry on the phone with corporate, Scanner would work for drivers license scanner, order food no alcohol until 11.30. Fantastic! what a show, internet didn't say due to UTAH laws cant serve, we had NO idea! Finally as we seat his scanner works, no biggiee. By then we are both discussed, should of left then. I went to order your new garlic sauce, or we are out of both new sauces. Great, getting worse, he ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with only mustard and onions. He received a double cheese with mayo, mustard and lettuce. As he scrapped lettuce mayo off she brought my beer he was to pissed to order one She brought double cheese mustard no bacon. When she she check a little later he asked about bacon, or we have as a side? Did you want some, burger 1/2 gone, no. My wings we cold. We were the 1rst customers in. [censored] service and food, never again. We will let our friends know what they might receive.

I have ordered on line the last couple of times at the St. George Utah location, and have waited 15 min to 20 min longer then they promise on line.
This is the reason why I order ahead of time, to plan around my schedule etc.
Please extend your time to customers who order on line so we're not waiting out there wasting time and getting irritated because of poor management and service.
The order I received when I got home was sloppy, the square boxes that my wings came in were all soaked at the bottom. I had to place them on a plate. Is just unacceptable, sacrificing quality and service. I was not very happy to say the least.
