I ordered shoes and two lamps from the company www.sundancecatalog.com. I received the shoes, but the size was wrong. I waited for the lamps, but the seller hasn’t provided them. I sent emails, messages to the customer services, but no info. I have no idea when I will get the order, because I’m afraid that the order won’t be in good condition. Help me to reach these people.
Sundance - Awful quality and things. I didn't get the refund
Don’t buy from the website www.sundancecatalog.com. I placed large order on the website and paid about $30 for the express delivery, but these jerks provided horrible and poor-quality things. I spent another $30 for the return postage, but these jerks still haven’t returned my money back. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.
Sundance - Seller delivered only wrong size of earnings
I ordered boots and earnings from the company www.sundancecatalog.com. I was so upset, ‘coz the seller delivered only earnings, but no sign of boots. As well as the size of the earnings was completely different as it was mentioned on the website. I started to send emails to the seller and asked about my boots and I wanted to change the earnings, but this scammer refused to change the order and stopped to communicate with me. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
Sundance - I still haven't received refund
I bought a ring for my wife from www.sundancecatalog.com. It was ugly and the size was wrong. I sent it back, and the seller informed me that within 4 days I would get money. Blah-blah, and it was 2 months ago, and I heard the same rubbish from them. Don’t waste time and money on this website. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
They are a very low-class company. The earrings I ordered were a third the size they claimed, tiny, flimsy pieces of garbage. I wrote a review that simply stated the facts -- and they rejected it as not meeting their guidelines. In my opinion they are scam artists, nothing more.
I also had bad experiences with this company. I took advantage of sales and free shipping promotion, and for the most part, bought jewelry from them, but as you know, this is a unique type of product, in that it can look completely different when you receive it. If I could see it in person first, I would be able to tell right away whether it is something I want to keep. At any rate, I found that 75% of their jewelry, when I received it, was unacceptable (to me). I nearly always let them know the reason I was returning something, and always always tried to make my return as easy as possible for the person checking the return back into stock. I shopped with them (they were one of only a handful of companies with which consistently shopped online) for about 12 years. Then, they started doing weird things like sending me an item that I did not order (nor was it in their catalog), then acting like I did it (what, to scam them?). Then, their customer service service manager sent me a letter pointing out how much I had spent with them, and how much had been returned, but nothing saying what I had done wrong, nor what I was to do in the future. Very weird. Then, I had multiple people, at Christmas time, "pretend" to take my order, but not process it (I thought that I had all my holiday gifts ordered). When I called them, they still pretended that my order was on its way, but it never arrived. If I returned too many items, they could have told me, and I would have corrected my behavior, but they did not. As I said, I did what I thought they wanted, and took advantage of their promotions. I have a feeling that Tamara Gold's (their customer service manager) performance is measured by the number/amount of returns, so she chooses to cancel customers who return too many items. I have a limit as to how much I am willing to spend on an item, so I wait until items go on sale (and there's always a reason that an item is on sale, and if no one orders it, sometimes their sale mdse can be on their site for years, and that's fine, but it is just sitting on a shelf). I have never been treated in such a strange fashion, by any company. This is how they treat loyal customers. I also suspect this is one of those companies that may have a lot of internal office politics going on.
