On October 24, 2023, I used Burger King's drive-through at 5890 Kingstowne Center, Alexandria, VA 22315, for a small burger meal. I asked for Diet Coke and salt since they do not salt the french fries. As soon as I tasted the drink I realized it was Dr. Pepper and there was no salt, so I pulled into a parking place and went into the store, dumping the Dr. Pepper in the soda machine that was not working.
When I got to the one machine that was working, I realized that I got Dr. Pepper because there were no Coke products available. See the photo.
This is not the first time there were no drinks available at this site. Once, I was told all I could get was water.
Also, I don't mind salting my own fries, but I do think I should have gotten the salt. I just think that corporate should know about the poor management at this location.
