Hello, I reserved a room from 2/28 to 3/1. I checked in on 2/28 aroung 6pm. My daughter and her cousin were dropped off at that time. They did have a couple of friends come by for a while. Now no one ever told us that their was a policy that states no more than 5 guest, which the duty manager stated she saw something stated I refused to sign the agreement at the time of check in which was a lie. During checkin the young white girl only asked me for ID and my credit care. So thats the first lie the duty manager told. She then tells me that there was 3 complaints but yet the reason we were kicked out is not because of noise but just because they noticed over 5 people in the room. So thats 2 lies she told. Now instead of the occupant of the room being contacted the duty manage went straight to call the police since my teenage daughter would not leave and walk the street after 11pm. Once I got back to the hotel the police was there talking to my daughter and her friends. They were discussing drivers license whiich proves the officer did not have any issues with the children. There was also another guest who contacted front desk stating how they were wrong for kickin us out for no reason. There are others who states they had issues with the managers at this site. I just want to get a refund and an apology for kicking us. We had to find someplace else to stay that night which costed more money. I received an email stating i checked out 3/1 at 7:07am which is a lie, then another email stating I checked out at 2/29/20 at 4/46am which is another lie. There are at least 4 times ive stated in this complaint about the management at this location lying which is a problem. Ive been trying to get a call back from the General Manager all day today but each time i call they state she is in a meeting or she is not available. I just want my refund from 2/28-3/1 or I will have to contact the news to inform them of the unprofessionalism, untruthfulness and racism of this particular location. I do have witnesses to this situation and your company Fairfield Inn on Joliff Rd in Chesapeake, VA displayed to me and my children on 2/28/20. Pls give me a call asap before I have to go farther to seek help for what should not have happened from the beginning. My contact number is [protected].
