We went thru drive thru and when we got to the window to pay we had two coupons and we gave them to her she says well if you would read the bottom of the coupon it say one coupon per customer per order so what do you want. When we went to tell her which one we wanted to use she says well I'm not serving you at all throws the bank card back at me slams the drive thru window and tells the other employees to cancel my order. I've never in my life had an experience like this she was the rudest hateful unprofessional woman I'd ever seen and to be a manager also. Something needs to be done about this employee and her actions there's no sense in her treating people they way she treated us. Her behavior makes the company as a whole look bad definitely not somebody you would want representing your company. We will never be customers of Wendy's again.
Desired outcome: Actions taking against this employee for her uncalled for behavior
