I would prefer to give this place a negative star. Service is horrible! Bartenders are amateurs and don't know what they are doing. Only good bartender is Vern who is a friend of mine. Other than that, the bartenders and management are completely incompetent of working in the service industry. I waited over an hour for food and finally the bartender notices what's going on and gets a manager. I ask the manager for an update and tell him I am upset with the service. He proceeds to get security to escort me out of the premises. I let him know he doesn't need security and I will leave on my own. He doesn't bother to reason with me or provide an explanation for the poor service. I live down the street from this place and will never return. I knew it was a bad idea to put this type of establishment in this area and hope it will be closing soon. Good luck to anyone who decides to go there in the future.

Ps. Manager was busy kicking us out because we were complaining about the poor service than giving our credit card back.
